I awoke to find this message from Rene,

And she asked me to share it with you all today:

“Ed had a good day today! His kidneys are working now, he is peeing away.

His sugar level is 126, which is coming down, that is also good news!

His eyes were opened, even though he can't talk (he is on a respirator),

He knew I was there. That is also good news! He still has a fever though.

This morning it was 103, but when I got there & I was talking to him & holding his hand,

It had gone down to 100. The doctor was in and said Ed is on the long road to recovery.”

Thanks so very much to Everyone in A.D.

Who have been praying for our Brother Ed;

Both prayer and encouraging news are wonderful,

And let’s hope he’s soon well, and up out of that bed.

I'm so encouraged my friend...I can't imagine how many people have been calling out Ed's name to our precious Father above. I stopped by the den the other day to hear this sad news and my heart has been heavy for him since, he has lingered in my thoughts, heart, and prayers. I was eager when I awoke early this morning and was anxious to check in and see if there was any news...what a great birthday gift it was to hear as we say here in Kentucky...on the mend! Giving God's amazing grace praise for this miracle as well as Ed's fighting spirit. Keep us updated...

Thank you dear brother Pee Wee,for being there always and keeping us all informed,and doing all you do ,I'm so proud of my 3 brothers Ed i cry with Joy that the good Lord has heard our prayers.
