We were watching television, with all of my lovable mutts
When we saw a man driving around town, with his Buffalo
My spouse cringed in horror - I found it extremely fascinating
“That is So Cool!” I soon shouted - while she yelled out “Oh, No!”
This Buffalo loving man is quite a celebrity, up in Canada
He has customized his car, to make enough room for his pet
“And you get all agitated whenever my mutts dirty the truck;
You know, I haven’t had any pets any bigger than a dog yet!”
“Don’t you dare even think about bringing home any livestock!”
My wife now shouted, as she could barely watch our TV anymore
Bailey the Buffalo, was now sprawled out inside this guy’s house
He and his pet were watching television, on their living room floor
“What a truly marvelous wife this Canadian guy must have!”
I gushed, as the Buffalo loving man’s spouse now came into view
And my wife simply couldn’t believe her ears, when his wife said,
“My husband and I both love our Bailey – he’s just so darned cute!”
Before I could even point out what a truly heartfelt statement that was
My spouse clicked off our TV, jumped up, and rushed on off, up to bed
An hour later, I was out in our garage, thinking about customizing my truck
She was still awake, with some horrific new images racing through her head
Today, I’ve been calculating how much room a Moose needs,
They must love riding around as much as Dogs and Buffalo do;
I just can’t let this Canadian fellow get all of the fame and glory,
My brand new Mutt & Moose Mobile, is gonna be pretty darn cool.
