Recently Posted Poem: Becky The Spider;
And By Too Much Halloween Candy,
And Too Much Rum Spiced Cider.
Little Andy sat on a tuffet,
Enjoying his curds and whey;
Along came a really big spider,
Who was not very happy this day.
She very quickly sat down beside Andy,
Displaying her fangs and hissing angrily:
“How Dare You Hoover Up,
My Sweet Little Child, Becky!”
And then, she ate him.
“Yum, Yum, Yum!
An Andy In The Tum!”
"Quite delicious!" said Becky’s Mum,
As she now washed Little Andy down,
With a huge sip of his Jamaican Rum,
Before merrily heading off across town.

we had a variation on Little Miss Muffet
and her tuffet - love that word -
Little Miss Muffet
sat on a tuffet
having her way with Kurds
