My spouse read my Valentine Poem: ‘You and Me’
Her eyes misted as she cooed “I love it, Pee Wee Ed!”
And in response, she soon recorded all eight episodes
Of my favorite new television series - ‘The Walking Dead’
So today, she and I, and all of our mangy canines and felines
Will now gather in our living room, munching on our favorite treats
We’ll be spending Valentine’s Day together, so very romantically
I just hope that we don’t run out of freshly gathered Road Kill meat
My spouse also very lovingly gave me a brand new Pooper Scooper
She said that our yard looked like some sort of horrifying wasteland
So, I quickly offered to teach her the Fine Art of Scooping It All Up
But she just smiled a huge Zombie smile and shouted ‘You Da Man!’

Thanks so very much for The Walking Dead Marathon,
And tomorrow, on that scooping, I’ll get an early start.
