I will never forget the bitterly cold morning
That I saw this phantom, up in the northland
He was about a hundred feet away from me
Observing him there, to me was truly grand
He Is Wolverine, The Phantom Of The North
His kind, once roamed all across the northland
Today, there are less than 300, of his kind, left
Another species now vanishing, because of man
He is a very ancient member of The Weasel Family
Known for his tenacity, and not afraid, of anything
Although the size of a dog, he will face down a bear
Unlike we humans, he accepts whatever life may bring
Wolverine has been hunted down and killed, for his fur
He has been harassed to death, so now, he is a recluse
For more than a decade, many appeals have been made
To list him as ‘Endangered Species’ but our leaders refuse
The battle goes on to save Phantom Of The North from Extinction
He, like so many God-given creatures, will soon only be, a memory
As we now begrudge, so many of Earth’s residents, their right to life
So I thank God I got the chance to see him; a cherished moment for me

When it appears in your life it is time to actively pursue your goals and objectives with boldness and persistence. Pursue your dreams and be willing to fight for your ideals. Be aware that your passion for life will increase with opportunities to gobble up food or knowledge.
This is not the time to be passive or uncertain. Fight for what is yours but do not get greedy or, claim what is not yours. Stand your ground on important issues. Use all of that extra energy you have to accomplish something positive. You are at your all time best.
