Poem Artwork

You Oh Lord:

When my heart fails

and life has left me barren and dry,

It is you oh Lord

who harkens to my solitary cry.

No matter my steps

nor of my errant ways,

It is you oh Lord

whom never drifts or strays.

Though through pain and suffering

I may still cling,

It is you oh Lord,

that hope to my affliction brings.

For your ways are higher than

this simple man can understand,

And it is through unmovable faith,

that I witness the moving of your hand.

You oh Lord,

You have always been there for me.

Though often times in the corruption of heart and mind,

I simply…just simply failed to see.

Yes, you Oh Lord

Have through silent witness

Set me free.

very nice Al, and gripping. I think we all realize this once in a while, that we have, and will, need consistant help, or it all is just impossible, is that how it goes, smile,, ty for this, Al
