I am feeling a little down today

It seems that nothing is going my way

Now I know not what to do

Since I am feeling sorta of blue.

I know�I know

But things are not always what they seem

Just when I think I am really blue,

I find out that I am truly green.

Must be the time

Or I could be just losing my mind.

Yet there are those who say�

You can't lose what never came your way.

So you see what I mean

About feeling all blue

I am not blue at all

But a sickly looking green.

This is too cute & The picture That's a keepsake if I ever saw one. Your'e not blue for the bird of Happiness is Blue that's why your'e green and a cute green you are.

It's obvious that you can see the humor in all of this. That's a good thing and an excellent start to feeling better. The title of our minister's sermon yesterday was "Everything's going my way." His point was that there is never a day when everything goes "our" way.

Wow the little green critter is looking a bit hammered, even the cup is a tad on the sickly side. I loved this, made me feel better, and tonight I sure needed something lovely and whimsical.
I think back in the 70's we had a little fullah similar to him, hanging over the rear vision mirror. We called them Gonks, dont ask me why, NO IDEA LOL, Bro called him Angus MacDougal, he had a Tamar Shantar on his head lol.
