Signs Of God

I hear the crashing waves as they pound the shore eternal; and I hear God.

I feel the wind on my face as it blows across the vast and mighty sea; and I feel God.

I see the sunrise with my eyes and watch it as it transverses the sky; and I see God.

My emotions are filled with the awe of His creation and in my heart; there is God.

He said He would never leave me nor forsake me, and I look around and see its true .

When I think am alone and afraid in my weakness, I call upon His name and He is there.

Time and time again throughout my often troubled life, He has set me on higher ground.

Therefore why would I not believe when all I have to do is look around and see the miracle in me.

Naysayer’s proclaim that there is no God and that He is but a myth invented for the weak.

They say that there is no proof that God exist and that we were just an accident of nature.

Yet as I look out across the now darkened sea; I feel His presence as it surrounds me.

I see a million stars; just tiny pinpoints of light and I know in my heart that God is mine.

Now I neither condemn or ostracize those of whom do not see as I do see.

For the heart is fallow when the spirit reveals, and it is He who shall harvest of the seed.

Man has but to look at the mountains and the sea for the wonder of His glory all around.

It is then that they as I will understand that God is very real and His spirit is never bound.
