Leahs Flowers

by J. Allen Wilson — Read all 1,629 poems by J. Allen Wilson

A neighbor up the street brought Leah this beautiful bouquet to brighten her day. Almost eight weeks now since she has been outside. In bed most of the night and day Thank God for the grace of love that people have brought her way.

Leah’s Flowers

Yellows touch sweet reds.

Blooms sweet to souls fed.

Hearts lifted on loves touch.

A neighbor’s kindness means much.

Beautiful bouquet brightens Leah’s day.

Lifting sad hearts to show loves way.

Never did ask to the sweetness of this tune.

In souls wrought of love, there are many rooms.

Blossoms reach into the burdened mind.

Grace of hearts door to loves true find.

Friends bring smiles to her precious heart.

Memories laced in kindness never to part.

Truely lovely and colorful. Thank God for good friends. Your poetry is refreshing.

Embrace, breathe, and let the love of your friends and your higher power shed lightness on your soul and love for both of you to receive!
Beautiful flowers to brighter her day.
Peace, love, and light,

there are no words sometimes; only the filling of grace and God and how He put you two together in so many infinities....colours saturated like tears and faith and a willingness to never shy away. .. .
wrap her with your arms and with your love.

A neighbor’s kindness means much.

It often truly does. Good friends, and good neighbors, are truly a marvelous thing.

So nice to know that there are loving people in your time of need, isn't it?? I know I am praying hard for Leah and you; had the church pray for you yesterday. So you are covered in prayers!

God bless you both!

Beautiful poem, beautiful, loving gesture!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

Leah, you are a beatifful lady, who has not only captured the hearts of many people, but mostly the heart of God. Praise on Leah, Jesus loves you. The floweres of many colors tell a great story. He comes; He listens and He restores in many ways.
