Lost Unto The Dark Side Of The Moon
Gray skies, dark horses and trampled dreams underfoot.
Dust on stones, shallow the hope with naught understood.
Black silence consumes; worlds collapse and swoon.
Oh faint is the heart on the dark side of the moon.
Days like unto eons grow pale and months square of eternity.
Lost in this time, no light to see; just silence spawned from enmity.
Screams go forth into the void; echoes reveal the fate of man.
Lost unto the dark side of the moon; forgotten by hope too soon in life's best laid plans.
