Birds Still Sing

Reasons now dance like the dead leaves in a wild winters wind.

No chance, only shared grace; souls united in Gods love till the end.

Answers come like unto ripples which skate on the pond of life.

Everything has a reason even as the morning chases away the night.

Stars fall, birds in cover of brush on winters cold hush still softly sing.

Love indeed conquers all in the joy that faith in God does so softly bring.

Darkness is but an illusion that the fearful heart ever so fast doth hold.

Peace found through reason like unto the blowing winds and precious souls.

To know that you know is to be able in the darkest of nights see.

As to this world we are born and as unto this world we all shall leave.

Greater is the joy in knowing the real reason birds in winter still sing.
