Sunrise Earth

Sunrise earth rise on shadowy mountain-

Across vast seas and open plains-

Golden yellow hues slice chartreuse clouds-

Dark skies of heavens solemn way-

Awaken now oh sleeping earth-

Open thy closed eyes and see-

For slumber must once again-

Wait till the darkness of night-

Wait now to reclaim yesterdays dream.
