I’ve Seen…

I’ve seen of this life so many things.

I’ve seen the pangs of death and broken dreams.

I’ve seen the simple beauty of a butterflies touch.

I’ve seen and felt sweet love in summer’s quiet hush.

I’ve seen a small child with eyes wide reach for the sky.

I’ve seen the grace of God in each breath of this life.

I’ve seen both side of sadness and joy along this way.

I’ve seen the laughter amongst chatter as I watch squirrels at play.

I’ve seen so many things which say to me…Life is so good.

And though there be times in complexity it’s not understood.

Rejoice do I in all these things of which I have seen.

Both the good and the bad…the broken and un-broken dreams.

Yes life is good from all I’ve seen.
