Father’s Day 2013...The Butterfly
Yet sweetness still doth exist.
It came like unto the sweet touch of a gentle butterflies kiss.
She wished me a Happy Father’s Day with her gentle sweet smile.
Grace and beauty comes now in many ways.
But as an old man,
The Butterflies wish and gentle kiss made for me a Happy Fathers Day.
Yet, oh the sadness that doth reveal
In that my own of this day did not prevail.
Sad it is that on this most special day
When one should by grace reach my age that other than family,
‘The Butterfly’ graced this my day.
Therefore I extend my smile that lies within my heart for her sweetness,
Beauty which sets her on high and above others miles apart.
So dance on Little Butterfly…
Reach out and take hold of your dreams,
For you are as sweet as the nectar which falls from the moons soft and glowing beams.

I too was blessed by seeing butterflies in the garden and getting a special kiss when she came home. For I do not have children but I am the father of everything around, even the butterflies in my garden, and that is enough.
