The Road of Life
Go now your own way. Through heartache and joy. Reach even higher, walk with confidence on solid ground. For you are never alone even with no one around.
Pass brambles and sharp stones. Path lit by His everlasting light. With feet which bleed, with heart broken yet unchained onward to march without regret nor the shackles of shame.
Pain is our comfort for it teaches those who are wise. For pain is like unto that of a seed of grain nourished by falling rain from clouds of sorrow.
We grow and flourish amongst the unforgiving fields of stone and by this we someday shall arrive to our final and glorious home. Though our feet be bloody and broken bone. Our hands are soft and calloused not, for He held our hands as we tread life's way.
