During the dewdrop evaporating hours Of each morning, in playful skip She travels along the seashores Heading toward her lover’s cottage
Along the way She tosses tiny cheese crackers To the small wading birds Playing in the wet sand And takes the shortcut Through the beach bushes Flowing over with dandelions Ready to sail upon the west wind
As she nears his cottage Loudly her lips She begins to smack In want of her daily fix None but he can supply
Upon his sighting, her playful skip She abandons in favor Of Wonder Woman’s running speed And chases him down In the muscle-rich fields Of his manly love Where she lies upon His woman-pleasing chest
And like a junkie, shoots up On the juicy sweetness Flowing smoother than honeyed milk In the kisses, from his ripened lips
This is the sweet drug That K O’s her pain That takes the string out of her grief That gives new height to her joy And rockets her Into lofty levels of dreamy happiness
His kisses are the drug of choice She chooses to overdose on By using her lips To slowly inject Their juicy sweetness Into the veins Courses through her soul
