Straight lace

Can you see straight through to where my heart

      aches?

Or like a doctor 

    do you only use a stethoscope

       that hears only

         and sees nothing

           but a smile sometimes

              on the doctors own face?

From pleasure, pain,  or someother place

Smiles are helpful,

    but even a smiling eye

 doesnt see

       to penetrate

       the solitudes of an invisible matter

            that really fills  space

                       causes the pressures 

                            force the radiations of my soul

                              to travel to nourish the webs of my senses. 

 do you?             

   can you see what I feel

if the  radiations of your soul only eclipse my own

    to shed a light of differences?

         void of familiarities

          as the early light of morning

             is familiar to all.

    ..is but only one sun laced shadow rising

              gone by evening 

          one familiar morning  we might share .....

              come around all the time

               and only once 

                as my heart has grown to ache daily the same

                   be more alone in the same shadows 

                      as they pass again

                      than before 

           the sun

                 it  never rise and fall the same day to day

                     till it cross both the two of us together

                        sometime

                               unlikely

                          had it not crossed that way

                              sometime

                                   past and tomorrow  

                                      before and after

                                          today

               make a lace

                        rise the sun 

                     to see together

                           either of the  blind smiles

                                 on either of our blinded faces
