A poem inspired by the attached picture..sent to me by a friend

Poem Artwork

Far back in the scriptures, when time began

The earth was just water, where no fish swam

Once it was created filled with joy, pride & glee

My spirit passed over & became part of the sea

The land was then formed from out of the deep

My hard work & labour required some sleep

I further created all that is in existence

Plants, animals & man, but I needed assistance

I could not attend to all that was in need

I pass on my knowledge to those who pay heed

To care for everything made with my care & love

Whilst I could then watch over from higher above

But I did not see ahead so much trouble for those

Who are in pain, hurt or suffer, a life they never chose

Because of my connection I suffer as well

Even with the earth when the rocks & sea swell

Tormented far below so deep in the ground

Plates shifting & moving causing turmoil around

So my spirit will fly over whatever’s in trouble

Spreading over my love, even for rocks & rubble

For all living things my loves a pulse in their heart

Where I made a place for myself right from their start

From the moment their born they know I will be there

So whenever they need it my love I will share

Or if I can’t I’ll guide to them one’s who can do

And tend to the needs of the animals & planet too

In all living things there’s a spirit within

That in my eyes makes you all my children

All that I want is to feel harmony & peace

It hurts me so much when the fighting won’t cease

You’re are all brothers & sisters under the skin

Knowledge & understanding needs to begin

Then hell that’s on earth for too many to mention

Earth will be like heaven with their spirit’s ascension

Hurt, pain & suffering, then a thing of the past

As their spirit feels happiness & long may it last
