The withered hand of despair
having touched my mind
and sent my heart deep
into cavernous catacombs
of soulfelt abysmal agonies
beyond all faintest thought
of loves light sheening hope.
I surrender my inward self
to destinies preordained doom
of wandering fruitlessly
beyond any humankind traverses
and grope unintelligablly about
ebony bleakness of the psyche
abandoned to devoid feelings.
