Sometimes we find what we want when we are not looking for it.
During the passage of my life
I have written much to do of love.
Sensed its varying highs and lows
been its pawn and been checkmated.
Yet always I beleived it true
love is the finest gift received.
But never was I more surprised
than on the een before this day.
While not seeking its direction
a most wonderful mate I found.
Someone true , loving, exciting
the one i'd given up on meeting.
This vision from out of my dreams
with bright twinkling eyes of the sea.
Petite, with tresses most silkened
a smile and wit to light my life.
And caresses warm, enticing
this someone is you, my small love.
