The warming glow of suns embrace
and loving rays from crescents face.
Feel clouded over, not in view
with the distance between the two.
Smiles so easy for he and she
now awaited, as yet to be.
The beauty of todays sunrise
but one day closer to paradise.

This is absolutely beautiful Budd! Sunrises and sunsets are gifts that are taken for granted daily. To take time to watch them and embrace the feeling, are our souls gifts to us! No one sees the smile but those who take the time to understand this nature's gift to us by God!

Such a beautiful write. In this poem I see the sun and the moon which have always been a joy to me. But it's true that today is just one day closer to paradise. No wonder they smile!
