When I first met her,
her voice was soft and sweet,
her disposition humble,
a woman nice to meet.
She always gave impressions,
that made me think that she,
cared only for my feelings,
in ways that gave me peace.
She floated like June Cleaver,
soft and mild and sweet,
my love became a fever ,
twas doomed amidst the heat.
Her aura was of beauty,
the colors of the prism,
the light show just her duty,
to mask the narcissism.
I sold my house and all my worth,
to put her kids through school,
I did this gladly with much mirth,
and dove into her pool.
And with my ego stroked and fed,
just hours past “I do”,
not even close to wedding bed,
a glance, myself the fool…
…at once the Bitchqueen, dark and dread,
began to bitch and reign,
the Jackass reared her ugly head,
as my life went down the drain.
Then late one night, Jackass hit her stride,
acted a bitch, then left the house,
returned not she till early light,
will honkin’ donkey win the joust?
I stood in “Awe, E! Awe, E! Awe, E! Awe”
and first seeing what's in store...,
as she limbered up and jacked her jaw,
...I headed for the door!
So honk!... yon Jackass… till your chops,
flap loudly in the wind,
cause this ole boy pulls all the stops,
to prevent this shit again.
We co-sign title of our lives,
with those we’ve waited to trust,
bottomless jive prospect wives contrive,
then render men to dust.
Push on I must, to persevere,
past regret and bitter pain,
my spirit beaten, bruised and seared,
a life pulled down the drain.
Weep not for me, but learn my friend,
for did I rightly expunge her ,
and with myself I made amends,
divorce, though dread, my plunger.
Moral:
You can tune a piano, but you can't tune a
Bitch !
