Sometimes I allow my pain, after two back surgeries, to speak for me. 'Not a good thing!!

Such a grouch sometimes am I Can't stand myself When I'm like that Want to be all cheery and Ignore the pain Of my bad back Shouldn't take it out on friends Wonder I have Any at all I apologize so much For words I've said I should just stall Before I open my mouth Next time I'll think Before I speak People sure can do without My crap! Jane,
True friends are there and know it is the pain and not their friend speaking. Keeping it held inside would only create others issues. As one with arthritis in the back I understand and hope you are painless today.
