Poem Artwork

[I initially started this to be one of my infamous comic writes, but as I read more about this man and saw his picture (so wait for the picture to load) I felt more and more sorry for him...he & others like him deserve your prayers...ed]

My ears are too big…

My ears are too big,

My feet are too small,

My legs are too short,

My arms are too long,

I blame this all on my mom…

My dad was her brother,

Making him my uncle too,

He did enjoy also sticking his,

Thing up my rear after I him blew…

We had a dysfunctional family for sure,

As per the doctors there was no cure,

I wanted all my life to have plastic surgery,

But the doctors said no, too much to do,

Too little to work with,

I wish I were just as normal as you…

Inbreeding can sometimes cause death,

Instead I lived and they called me Seth,

I have a twin brother, but he looked worse,

Fortunately for him he was taken away in a hearse…

I did not go to school,

I have no education,

I live in the barn,

My parents both left the farm,

My family as I know it are ashamed of me,

Wish I could just die, that would show them, then they would see…

They say my brain is the size of a hound’s,

My childhood still does within abound,

I cry at the drop of a hat,

I wish I were with my brother,

Why does God wish me to live like that…?

What a beautiful heart beats in you, dear one. How very sad this is and how good of you to remind us that we humans are much to hard on each other, sometimes. Bless your compassionate and kind heart. katy xox

It is heartbreaking and this is sad and you did right by revealing his plight.

You're a very compassionate soul, my friend; and your heart speaks loudly here. Glad you changed this from a comedy into a tragedy.
