Most generous has one person herein been,

To attend to the pain & suffering of others he has seen,

For animals in general he has dedicated his life so keen,

They in return have granted him a life most serene…

His name is not important,

Though he is known quite well in these circles,

He has for his life fought for the good,

With creatures that cannot speak for themselves,

He has in this life stood…

A humorist, a comic, a person of philosophy,

He does make us laugh, cry and think,

From his self-appointed place in life he will not shrink,

His place in the afterlife has been written in indelible ink…
