Ed, this is a very emotional write, you must have been on fire! Once you feel better you might calm down and remember that not all people from one nation are the same. We all get those feelings at times, but not all of us are brave enough to vent them.

Ed, I had these same feelings this morning when I read about Al-Zarqui's (or whatever his name) death. The American soldiers were compassionate to him and it made me mad. I get furious just like you do and want to bomb them all, But then I remembered how my thoughts are displeasing to God. We have to get it out, or we'll bust!

Sweetie, though it seems as though our Creator is not in control, HE IS, and he WILL sort it out, just hang in there.
He will do a better job, than mankind ever could.

Ed I know the force that drove you to feel like this and I can't fault you for getting it out of your system. Just stay within your own knowledeg that you are a peaceful man at heart and had a bad day. don't feel guilt about it, and be miserable. We all feel this if we are honest, no matter how much we love or want peace. It can be very harrowing seeing terrorism getting away with such horrors.If they would only fight like men, it would be different. The media doesn't help at all, they just spread more hate. Rest easy Ed many of us understand!

Innocents die on all sides and that is awful,war is awful.
Ed,I have read you many times and it is a rare day that your feathers get so ruffled.It is about time you vent these feelings as you have done here,write it out of you.We have all had days like that when we write out our anger.All Americans must be so tired and fed-up with all the killing and death and terror.All sides must be sick of that.
I dread watching the news or reading news as it seems to be so bloody nowadays.My country-Australia,is supporting yours through this and I support them,the men and women who are helping America.I hate war and long so for peace in this world.I do believe there is one God who is known by many names,'Allah' is one of the names,I respect that name fully .I do believe God (Allah)will right the wrongs that mankind/humankind has done.Both sides will pay a price in this retribution when it comes.Your poem is a long time coming and oozes great frustration and pain and anger and hurt,it is good that you let it out and I think you will write a lot more on the subject over the next months.There will be much flack come your way over this passionate write of yours but I think you will handle it well and be inspired by all it brings to you.Your poem will move many to reply and comment.If it gets too much Ed,you can always blame it on Rufus !Your poem is bravely written and I admire your expression of your honest feelings.I feel your pain and can relate to the pain though I can not agree with al you wrote,still,I understand why you feel as you do.You have had enough of war,me too,I'm sure all sides have.
