Metal Detecting...

A relaxing hobby,

Just me and Ruffie,

No one else to treat us,

In any way snobby…

On the beach mostly,

Ruffie I keep closely,

Finding so far very little,

Better I find that than to just sit,

In a corner with wood and whittle…

Unfortunately the beach is the only place to go,

Cannot detect nor dig on private property,

I guess because most don’t fill their holes,

I can understand it, but it really does kinda blow…

Try the park, I want a metal detector, the way people run/jump up and down, and play frisbee, at open parks!
I love the idea of the therapy of relaxation and walking/looking with my shovel hangin' off my toolbelt, or my hand!
GOOD LUCK ED! That treasure/ring/watch/ is waiting for YOU! :)

P.s. I understand (I googled "metal detector") and a lot came up, places, ideas and finds - those metal detectors come in all strengths, sizes and depths! Etc. To find the right one, I know can be done!
Have a great inspirational day Ed and Ruffie!

You are looking for landmines are you? I am glad you're not using Ruffie for that, but don't keep him too close, just in case. Try church properties you might find thirty shekels of silver ha, just kiddin Ed, I don't want that to blow up in my face, you know what I mean you old Rascal. Bless you ! Jasmin Horst

Have you thought about the woods? After it gets warmer... Oh, and beyond the dunes!

Better still, 'tween your sofa or lean-back-chair cushins. That's where I would find my husband's loose change. :o)

Happy, and hopefully lucrative, detecting for you and Ruf.
