Picture the animal above with red hair and you got the woman I worked for...

I think I just need to vent regards my last job, maybe I was wrong, maybe she was, either way this FELT GOOD!

Poem Artwork

She seemed from the start,

To hate my guts enough to cut them apart,

I should have known then,

But it took me to the end of the job when…

Is she even now undermining my job hunt,

Am I being paranoid,

Maybe my resume should be changed,

Not to include that job,

Ladies and guys, I don’t use this term often,

But that woman was a no good c***…

The first year she yelled at me daily,

For the smallest infraction,

I stuck it out and tried to show no reaction,

One day I finally gave in,

And told her where to put her opinion,

From that point on she tried to rid me from her personal dominion…

Just send the picture of what ever you hold in your hand, explaining that surviving the last job, you'd be ready for anything they can throw your way, ha, what in the world is that thing anyway, you must have gone to hell and back to find something like that. Blessings!

Get smart, don't include in your resumè that job, put instead that during that time you were busy studying and learning management skills because you wanted to add quality to the next employer (after all, manure is free lil'brother)
Never be too brag or too humble, put your poker face in place and make believe them that you hold four aces...and one up your sleeve.

I've been there, Ed. My last supervisor was so like yours at this job. I got tired of it and quit.

You might have to call on the elders of the church to pray this demon off your back. If I had to look at the mirror everyday and saw this creation I wouldn't like anyone either. When you are ask what did you do during the period of time your employment with her (after you remove her from your resume), tell them you collected cans. You are eco friendly:>) You are fun.

felt you here Ed, my boss, a younger white male did me the same way for years, then one day I let him have it. The company sent us to mediation therapy, come to find out he came from a racist family.
He was jealous of me because the owners of our company liked me as one of the managers. The owners and I are friends, I was there some years before he even showed up as director of finance. My company gave me a thousand dollar bonus the year before he came, after he took over the director of finance job, I never saw another bonus.
He tried to brand me as a thief because of his jealousy and racism and the fact that I drove better cars than he did. In our conversation he admitted being affected by his racist family, he told me he was trying to overcome their stupidity so I understood that he was a victim just like me. I told him when I was a kid working for Sears how my white boss tried to set me up for stealing because I drove a brand new car and he did not. He sent a plain cloths security man in who asked me to sell him a used tire, I told the security man I wasn't a salesman, he walked up to me and stuffed the money in my pocket as I was working on the tired changing machine, picked the tire up and walked out the shop bay door. Five minutes later my boss called me in the office and told me to sit down until the police arrived, his azzhole security man was sitting in the corner smiling. I told them fools if any of them touched me, it was going to be some furniture moving around in that office, so I quit the job. Then I went to the big store manager and told him what had happen, he offered me my job back but I refused and joind the military service only to run into more hate filled racist. Anyway believe it or not my boss and I are doing fine, he's actually a nice guy once I got to know him better. When I was getting ready to go on vacation, he told me how much he was going to miss me. I think quite a few of us black and white are victims of this racist society in some way or another.
I might use a racist slur but I would never take another human beings life because of the color of his skin unless he was trying to kill me.I've always judged a man by his character and how he acted.
This is the big link in racism, some fools hate so strong, they will take another human beings life. It's hard to know how deep hate is when someone calls you a nigger or a red neck honkie, wet back, ching, or anyother slang name. Here's my formula, if I'm on a long dirt road and it is dark and the only truck that passes has a confederate flag flying, I'm not taking any chances, in the woods I hide, forget that ride. However I was in this position when I was a kid, I ran out of gas on this dark long road coming from work, all the so called black brothers passed me up, a little white man with a confederate flay in his back window stopped and took me to the gas station miles down the road, helped me start my car. So it's hard for me to be a racist about anything. But basically any type of hate is self defeating, like you say in this date and time stupid

That's hard to say, Ed, did she know you wrote poetry? If so, she could get on the 'Net and Google search you, and whoops, here comes AuthorsDen and what the heck is he writing about me?!? LOL But then again, maybe she didn't know. Catch 22...gotta vent, gotta rant, but will said venting and ranting hurt or help? Is it your age (NOT saying you're old)? Your "habit"? Not saying you have to become pure (Lord knows *I* ain't) but something is keeping you from landing a job...trust me. I know. My health, for one, my attitude, for another, lack of transportation another, my age, for another...sigh. I hear you. Keep me in your prayers, as you are in mine.

(((((HUGS))))) and love, Karla.

Ha! Yep, you are venting :-)

Nope, she probably should not be on your resume. Legally, she can only answer queries with your time-span of employment, your rate of pay, and whether or not you would be eligible for re-hire. But ... her mouth probably runneth over. It would be better to show that time period as a photographer of really ugly (but cute) small animals :-)

I thought I was pretty good at animal-recognition, but, what in the world IS that little beastie? Looks like something Luke Skywalker would have brought home when he was a kid.

Ed,

I thought you were talking about my boss, until you said "she". I'm not gone yet, but he's NOT going on my resume! This was beautiful and applies probably to more people than would want.
