Poem Artwork

What happened to the extreme heat,

Where last night it was close to a hundred,

Tonight it’s down to like seventy-seven,

After all that heat this feels like heaven…

Won’t change for too long,

Afterall it’s still summer,

But one night’s break is comfy,

Now I can wear my sarong,

But the heat returning is definitely a bummer…

So, only another month or so for the hot heat,

Those in Texas & points south really got it bad,

Maybe eventually we can send them some cooler breezes,

Send it from the north to the south would be one hell of a feat…

It's just been a cold spring and a very cool summer so far here on the west coast; I guess weather is fickle. I think Mom Nature is just pissed at us... ...not that we don't deserve it. Thanks Ed. Be well, bro. Love and peace to you,

Regis

Very glad to hear you're once again wearing your Sarong,

Waltzing around in the heat 'Au Naturel,' is just plain wrong.
