Yes everyone, I am drinking MORE water now...

Poem Artwork

That’s what my doctor says I am of late,

That may also be why my back still hurts,

The pain seems to come to me in spurts,

But I guess for me this is my fate…

I am drinking more water to of the problem alleviate,

It’s not so much that with regards water I do hate,

I’d rather mix it with lemonade or such,

Then with regards water I can of it drink much…

Hopefully this last upcoming week,

Will be the last painful one,

I want to go back to work on the 5th,

As long as when I do, I can do my job & not appear too weak…

You sound like the abandoned dogs that we now find on the streets - almost all of them are dehydrated, and some of them have to be put on IV fluids to regain their strength.

Water is The Essence of Life - Drink More.

I am now drinking twice or three times as much water as I used to, and still find myself a bit dehydrated. Well, keep pumping it in and filtering it out, and get back to work as soon as you feel well enough to. Good luck, and it's good to see you posting again your thoughts.

I am rooting for you Ed!

I also hope the pain is the
last you must endure...

Water, although for lack of
taste and most don't care for it
it is life giving to our body
which is mainly comprised of water...

Oh, ED! Drink plenty of water each and every day! If that bottle is 16 oz., drink a full 4 of 'em each day! A wee squirt of lemon won't do harm; but JUST a squirt! Be good to yourself :o)

Helps prevent your feeling blue
Lemon and limes are fine to add
Just no sugar because that's bad
