Addicted 2 sugar, addicted 2 sweets, addicted 2 salt, addicted 2 meat, addicted 2 MSG, chocolate and spice, addicted 2 caffeine, coffee and alcohol, 2 TV and computing, electronics, 2 gambling and gaming, addicted 2 money, addicted 2 risk-taking, 2 nicotine, smoke, weed, painkillers, Lortabs, opiates, heroin, methadone, cocaine, crack, speed, barbs, benzos, sleeping pills, antacids, pills, decongestants, all provided by big corporations and government.
Sara, thank you very much for your review. I think there could be many angles to see this from. I believe it's the corporations that are most responsible, though I agree that we need to protect ourselves from self-harm. I do not trust the government.
Somehow I couldn't write a return review. Thanks so much for your comments, Ms. Coslett. Maybe you're right, but those who are addicted are punished harshly, WAY beyond what could ever be necessary. Addictions that don't involve a drug, but say, a food product, affects only a person's health.
And thank you, Mr. Bowers, for your excellent and enlightening poem. Makes me look stupid, but I like that. :)
