Nature’s Opera
Looking out my window one day in June,
I saw a little rain drop fall on my window pane. Reflecting colors of a rainbow so bright, that little rain drop glowed with delight.
Staccato rain drops fell with a forte’ sound, pounded when hitting the ground. Dark clouds from heaven rumbled, like piano cords, saying these sounds were from the Lord. Thunder followed like sounds from drums, knowing more music was yet to come.
Hearing sounds from the sky; like a ballerina jumping in flight, my little rain drop danced with all her might.
Clouds opened, made me tremble as I heard sounds like symbols. Fortissimo of thunder, hit the ground while my mind wondered.
Staring out my window, I saw and heard trees move in rhythm from the wind, which created massive movements that would blend.
Oh how steadfast I was with only a windowpane separating me from this storm, I knew I was safe in His arms.
Sounds I heard may have been an opera Wolfgang Mozart may have desired to write one night.
An orchestra of angels marching with instruments from heaven created sounds from the winds, making trees bend. Sounds from the ground would linger, then roared with sounds of thunder made me wonder, what would I call my opera?
"Nature’s Opera” is what it shall be. How I wished those notes and sounds would have been captured on paper to translate into instruments on earth for all to enjoy.
Oh…but those sounds of heaven were captured. I pictured maestro giving us lessons, as he raised his baton and hands up to heaven.
Sun rays from the sun so bright, in the clear blue skies were such a sight. A rainbow reaching across the universe-carrying multitude of colors was like no other. This was another movement of "Nature's Opera".
The sunlight heated the canvas on earth, giving birth. A canvas from heaven made from rock, water, soil and other minerals brought forth flowers, carrying fragrance and colors of the rainbow. Bees and humming birds sang in tune.
What could be greater you ask? When all instruments of God join in one rhythm with sounds of peace, will be the gratest opera yet to come! The Finale!!
