Why do you ask; "What are gifts from Heaven and what do we do with them?" First, let me tell you my friend, Gifts are yours as one, Beginning with your birth, His gifts had begun. You are the gatekeeper, do not become a weeper. All gifts are on loan from Heaven, Do not make them your possession. Walking on roads without holes, We stroll, with many lessons to learn. Walking on roads with holes, We may stumble and sometime grumble, With many lessons to learn. Lessons fulfill your journey on earth, As I may repeat; start at your birth. So take each blessing, while learning His lessons. All blessings and creations are from our Lord in one accord. What are your gifts and blessings you may ask? All brothers and sisters of Christ are yours to love and adore. As you walk, talk among and under skies; open your eyes. Everything you see and feel; He created all, as we stand tall. These creations my friend; Are just some of His gifts that help give us lifts. These blessings are also lessons; That are just a few, but oh so true . The greatest blessing and gift of all, Was inscribed on a wall; "For whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life". By the blood His only begotten Son shed until he was dead. By His grace, your sins will be washed away; without delay. Remember we are only the gatekeeper of His gifts on loan, So it shall be written in stone. Some received gifts of wealth, fame and power, Who in time may reach a tower. Only be letting God lead, who was not of greed could they succeed. Some may receive wisdom and ill health, instead of wealth. To live His word, to be foretold. Some receive blessings of children; Weak or strong, they sing His songs. Gifts given are to fulfill journeys on earth, For what they are worth, Giving God all the glory and in His name, Gifs always received, Shall be achieved. So my friend; accept your treasures, Do not measure, For our gifts and blessings are on loan, As He has shown. Give thanks to our Lord each day, While asking not to stray. Give thanks for our blessings, while even learning hard lessons. Give thanks to His love from above.
