Pressing needs bring untold unity.

The agony of death is not a fairy tale

It's not a song that celebrities sing to entertain

It's not a bedtime story that should be read again

Who would sing it or read it with charming voices?

It's not a celebration, rather it's a call for peace

As punishment for man's careless whispers

Put into events that smokes nature, that breathes peace!

Covid-19, now a pandemic, has imprisoned many

Stuck and held up at home, but never think of boredom

Freedom to move is now curtailed for a reason

Stay in and save the inconvenience of prolonged lockdown

But some do not mind facing the law, all for the sake of the little fresh air

Worthwhile to catch and infect others, if it can be distanced?

Make peace with the soul for a little longer and all will be well again

Our frontliners are desperately pleading

Stay home and stay safe

Relieve us of every worry and pain

Our garments are soaked under the heat

Contemplating of being home again

Embracing our loved ones in our arms

And reassuring them everything's alright now

Is that too much to ask for?

Weeks aren't much to ask for

Knowing everything is safe and sufficient

Think and consider those working tirelessly

Trying to contain the disease and help another life live

All because the call to save is nothing, compared to the joy of giving

Seeing families reunited again, and smile-resonating hope is back

All because everyone cares and caring rebounces pure acts of love!

The Ghost of Mavis by Mary Lynn Plaisance

Mavis asked, "Am I a ghost again? I don't remember being a ghost, but I know I was." Do you believe in reincarnation?

A Touch of Your Presence by V. A. MCCLOUD

In "A Touch of Your Presence" are words that would inspire, encourage and strengthen one's soul when faced with challenges and difficulties and to know the awesomeness of God's power.
