When what you say is what they want to hear,
everyone has a listening ear,
when you gripe, groan and complain,
your voice is lost among all the same,
shoved in a corner like a box of old papers,
among, "yeah we know," "can't talk now," "see you laters",
we all have our problems, we all have our issues,
whether we weather them with conflicts or tissues,
the world keeps on turning, the music plays on,
amidst all the rights, amidst all the wrongs.
Dear readers, this is my third book of poems, and inside are a special collection of what have turned out to be not only MY personal favorites, but also the favorites of many of YOU. Some of these have never been available in print before...
Mary Angela Nangini's poems celebrate the richness of life and love. From the city to cottage-country and the roads in between, Nangini explores the changing seasons of her varied region. (This book will soon be reprinted in hard cover.)
