Silently walking backwards towards the abyss
There stand eons and eons of travelers
Never taking the time to see the sky
Just diving blind into complaints of troubles
Sitting still but not looking forward
I myself trudge forth not hearing the call
Angels sing to deaf dank silence, not to hear
Listen, listen still I have cotton filled ears
Will I stop in time or shall I fall tumbling
Into the destined Outer Darkness of demons
Then only then too truly feel complaints of troubles
Only this time in eternity they are truly real
