Skeleton trees with the sun coming up on the horizon
Leaving me sitting in a mixed mood of emotions
Grand yet haunting in appearance you seep into my soul
Beautiful with a touch of death from empty branches
You reach forth as if bare arms begging to the sun for warmth
Reminding me of a homeless child wanting to be held
Empty glass waiting to be filled ready for the break of spring
Yet the beauty of the sun, as you, hypnotized my eyes
Into feeling the precious seductive moment in time before me
Paralyzed face against a camera lens I wait a second to watch this
Before shooting my camera to capture your awesome stance for eternity
Then to show another the.......
Skeleton trees with the sun coming up on the horizon
Leaving one sitting in a mixed mood of emotions
Grand yet haunting in appearance to seep into ones soul
