Aching soul grows tired here People drain my life Path to the Dark Blue Hills Seems to far from earth life Take me there to that place Silent words aren’t spoken here Just under the golden sun The power draws me near Please set me under that sky Where the light is too bright Solemn people stay distanced Not having enough light This high slips by Time is slower than earth time No more heartfelt rhythms Lay me down in this space The wind tells one Where all seems quiet But knowledge lives still Just past the Dark Blue Hills
