Cold & damp

Whispering winds
Telling tales of long past
Floods and showers
How long will they last?

Young maiden in yellow

Why must I stand here out in the cold?

Your poem is filled with references of admonishment for someone who is not coming out into the light of their day. I have had to coax a few like this. Hopefully some of them did blossom later in life as a result of my gentle prodding them into doing what they feared they couldn't do.
