I have got to stop writing at 3:00 in the morning...lol

Carefully crafted mask
Conceals emotions lurking within
Tired of hiding
Hard to pretend things are ok
When they're not
Nothing is fine
This smile is a lie
Don't feel like laughing
I'd much rather cry
Tired of being the strong one
Don't want to admit
I'm a fake
Maybe I can't do it all
But I have to try
Do it all with a smile
But my smile hurts my face
So I wear this mask
And hide

It is always best to have an optimistic , honest and purposeful attitude in life Danielle...
That way the real person shines through all the time...
I like a cup of coffee at 3 pm...if I am awake...it helps you focus on your work...lol

Keep writing at 3 a.m. This says a lot, very deep. Many can relate to this...and this is not a hidden write, but an honest one,
