My palms sweat and the wool itches my legs
My mind is in turmoil what shall I say
She answers the door and I stand mouth agape
How did I ever end up here today
She’s an angel in blue, ribbons in hair
White shoes on her feet her shoulders are bare
I pass her the corsage, my mother picked out
Her father is smiling as hello I almost shout
On our way to the dance we sit in the back
Parents eyes in a mirror watching me crack
I open the door and she holds out her hand
God help me I’m sweaty will she understand
Walk through the door to the dimly lit gym
A slow song is playing I ask on a whim
Would you like to dance, she nods smiling okay
I feel her against me I’m in heaven today
Stirrings and cravings I never felt before
As we sway to the music I know I want more
Too soon at her doorstep I mumble goodnight
Her lips brush my cheek, nothing could be so right.

The moments when we're first held close...when all the fears stretch the moments and when we smell another held so close we fear we may get pregnant...these are the best memories as our passions become a part of another for the first time. You have it all right here. This is wonderful.
