Not about me, just images in my mind when I saw this picture...

Poem Artwork

Sand Trickles

Sand in an hour glass
Crystal-tears on cheek
One hurt too many
I staggered so weak

Full moon in night sky
Accidentally or not
Will I slowly dissolve
Someone easily forgot

Dreams to nightmares
No sweet pillow talk
Heart beats so loud
To each tick of clock

Once said I love you
No other would do
So why am I crying
Alone midnight blue

Stars blinking tremble
Lone loon calls his mate
My hour glass empties
Is it finally too late?

An ominous feel on the ending, Fee. You've left me to my imagination, and you know how dangerous that can be:) Love and hugs,
Sheila

Glad it's not a self portrait. You surely do put a lot of expression and feeling into them, even when it's all imaginary. That, my friend, is a fantastic skill. Thanks Dick
