It's like Blake and William Burroughs combined in an urban dystopian vision of Hell. Bob Dylan couldn't paint a blacker picture of contemporary evils than this powerful glimpse of humanity gone wrong.

Oh boy when you do it, you do it as nobody else can. A shocking and visually startling write. I keep thinking that you'd write a brilliant screenplay. I've yet to meet a poet with such an effective visual style.

From the shadowy darkness of your verses comes a lot of wisdom, Aberjhani. The streets are no place for children to grow up, though many, unfortunately, do. "Street smarts" are no substitute for learning about life through a loving family, a quality educational facility and the power of faith. In the long run, this violent life will only lead to more uncaring, violent behavior like that which we see trying to dominate our world today. I always enjoy my time spent in your den, for I never leave here hungry and I am always left with an ort or two to chew upon for a while.

Language of the street and yet archetypal parable as well, your story-telling is as provocative and compelling as your poetry for certain sure. You have an uncanny ability to speak in tongues of angels whilst yet in the sassy colloquialisms of hardened mankind... producing a message that needs to be heralded and heard not only by shepherds and kings, but also by those with ears to hear... and especially, perhaps, those who don't! :)) Don't know about Halloween... must seem like every day of the week to some unfortunate souls... LOL K xx

One can only hope that the children will not follow in the footsteps of evil, nor, ever make it an option. There is too much moral and spiritual decay in this present society.

Although graphic ... "A Coat and Shoes for Halloween" has strong
currents of right and wrong, and effectively points out the need for personal conscience to embrace natural justice instead of those wooing temptations that cause most to stumble into pits of despair and sin because they reach out to evil spirits for strength and guidance.

An excellent write from the heart and mind of a gifted visionary.
