Holy Christ and the Skeleton Dice
stirrup met
her boots, they
became friends
with the skeleton
dice,
rolled into
town behind
the corral and chutes
devil's rope rusted with
blood on the splice,
barbed wire
cut with revenge
her scars had to face
her tormentor, that preacher
lives with the unholy fire,
the whiskey
sat on the table
that night, the white
stay in his black collar
soaked in lamp oil that brought
the light, then the fire,
her guitar
burned a song
in the name of Holy
Christ, she rolled the
skeleton dice on the table,
preacher cast his sins,
skeleton side up
she came out of the
closet, gun in her hand,
blood running from his hand
under the water faucet,
her scar
preached
to him she
was who she
was and he had
gone too far,
she walked past
the church into the
saloon the first time
since, paid the whore,
upstairs they f***ed, Holy
Christ, the scar dripped with
passionate sweat, skeleton dice,
she upped the whore's bet.

I Love The Stand Up
The Stirrups Meet My Boots Too
it is outrageous when another
especially those false front preachers
wacking off to other self praise
offers to say about any
Who, What, Where, When or Why...
Lets go visit my closet
this is where my skeletons are dancing
the door is always wide open too
despite what that preacher kneels to
I have Shot Glasses for Patron
Lets also play quarters...
