tuna packed in water bought you a pair of pants and a top—our shopping day in size medium diet tuna packed in water bubble wrap tortilla with olives and jalapenos matching items on the menu drinking but not alcohol you’d be surprised at my youthful libation bought you a bottle of magic to go with your new pants and top tuna packed in water correct weight unopened bubble wrap unpopped horseradish and salad dressing lite ageless elixir uplifting tonic writing pouring from a teaspoon I drink the old days of what sage’s knew preserves life and oh… I bought you a pair of pants and a top in size medium nowadays I buy outfits in pairs and tuna packed in water it’s time for a teaspoon of magic… copyright ms. sage sweetwater

A lovely poem packed with daily activity including thinking of your loved one and how you are changing your dietary habits to be better all the time. I have found that tuna packed in water tastes just as good as tuna packed in water� But certainly not as fattening.

I think I'd need at least a cup of magic, a teaspoon doesn't go very far, but it's a start.

thank you. i have savored so much of your lovely poetry, salty it is, but it is the sweetest. and what can go wrong with a teaspoon of magic? nada, i say, open the full jar and just let it all out, and watch the lovely unfolding, of colors, butterflies and innocence,and the crazy lil' laughter of kids running round and round. have a great day.
