Corona Syringe

 
on a binge
developed
a cure to rid
man-made covid
by evil hands of the
lunatic fringe
 
poison flowers
put to death by
the summer hours 
the dynamic duo patenting 
the vaccine as fresh as this
digital ink—oh the stink
 
over the counter
counteracting toxic
chemical war the corona
syringe distribution ends
hydrangea weeps no more
oleander disruption dispenses
from the clean vial of dirty warfare offenses

I like the depth of this one, getting down to fighting poison with poison. Makes me wonder if the AIDS concoction would work?

I always thought of hydrangeas as funeral flowers anyway. Good luck with that one.
