Can something as small and colorless as a grain of sand,
turn to something larger than your hand?
If you believe in Gods miracles, yes it can.
Can it also change into every color in a rainbow?
If you believe in Gods miracles, yes, it can be so.
The lost man shouts out.
"How can this be?"
He scratches his head.
"You cannot fool me"
"How can this be?"
He stares at the sand.
"This cannot be!"
"You must prove to me!"
"Let me see; let me see"
This man seems to be lost.
Little faith has this man!
He does not believe that
God can make a miracle
out of a tiny grain of sand.
A speck of sand may not produce much.
But a seed the same size can, with Gods touch.
In a few short weeks wild flowers will appear
in colors of purple, violet, yellow and red.
And every color and shape you can imagine.

For my just waking up every morning is a miracle in itself. To be able to put my feet on the floor and walk , see and hear. Its all a miracle to me. I think of all the people who CAN'T get out of bed, who CAN'T see or hear, and I feel blessed. I try not to take for granted the simple things God does for me. Every day he allows me to view the majestic mountain I live close too, the trees, the birds, he allows me to feel the wind on my face. All miracles. All special. Thank you John, for sharing this!

You said it completely in this poem, as miracles always abound - form the moment we wake up to the time we go to bed. I just watched a spider weave and crochet his web of a home, and I wondered how it learned to do so with exact precision and skill...a miracle.
