Without a doubt there are passages in the Bible, that if followed, can serve as the best psychiatrist there is, and can ease a troubled mind and heart when problems arise. They are "God proofed" steps to live by.
I take my Bible with me wherever I go; when I go to leave for the library in the morning, I read it. (Or try to, anyway! :) ) Great write, John; enjoyed~

Right now we have to read the entire book of Psalms in 30 days; we just completed the "New Testament Challenge", where we had to read the entire New Testament in 90 days. I've been doing some SERIOUS Bible Time lately, and I love it! :)
