The lures of this seductive world will take you down

They will make you high and make you fall off a cliff

You will feel failure and you will even wonder why you are around

The truth is no temptation can win over God’s power and might

The Lord has shown us how to win the temptation battle

We just have to ask God the right way to win the fight

For the Lord faced temptations of evil many times

God has NEVER lost a battle with the devil

There is always hope; even in the mist of committing a crime

So do not be tempted to go the Demonic Temptation way

Stand on your guard; rise above evil with the power of the Lord

Then enjoy the good life God has planned for you every single day

 Luke 4:1-13 - We may therefore take comfort in knowing that He faced temptations and understands what it is like to be tempted!   We can also be encouraged knowing that He faced them without giving in.  Thus He showed us that we could likewise avoid sins when we are faced with the seductive lures of this World as well!
