Goodbye My Friends!

This poem was inspired by Karen Lynn Vidra and my friend Ernie Vigil who just moved to Colorado. This is dedicated to all my friends who I will remember forever throughout the world.

Goodbye My Friends!

My good friend just moved to Colorado to be with his mom but we correspond now and then.

A good friendship can last forever and you can always remain best friends.

 

It’s so sad to say “Goodbye” and see your dear friends and neighbors go.

But you may visit them as far as Alaska and learn something new; God only knows!

 

A move may be a blessing in disguise as our Father in Heaven will prove.

For we can have good friends next door, then write them after they move.

 

A good friend is only an e-mail away. Guess what can happen then?

We may go on a new adventure in life one day and visit our eternal friends!

Amen!
